Cancel from Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep everything on your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for; it simply doesn't renew. As soon as you confirm, Billing shows "Cancels
Resume any time before that date with the Resume button on Billing. Nothing extra is charged.
On a phone. Open More → Billing, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. Billing shows when the plan ends.
Cancelling is not deleting. Your account and quizzes stay. When the plan ends, live quizzes return to draft with their links kept, and questions, results, emails and leads are not deleted. Delete my account on Account is a separate request to remove your account and data; it is not needed to stop paying.
Refunds on Pro and Agency. 14-day refund if no quiz has been published. Reply to any of our emails within 14 days of paying, before you publish a quiz, and we refund it. See our Terms.
Starter (existing accounts). Accounts already on Starter keep their plan and its terms. The 7-day money-back guarantee still applies to a Starter payment. The $1 trial fee is not refunded.

While a subscription is still set to renew it keeps a card on file, so that card can't be removed until you add another one or schedule the cancellation. See Payment methods and receipts.

The $1 Pro trial. Open Billing (on a phone, More → Billing) and choose Cancel subscription before the 3-day trial ends. You are not charged the first $49, and you keep Pro until the trial ends.
