Quizard is the Ask Quizard button in the top bar on phones and the bottom-right corner on desktop. Ask it anything about QuizFly: how publishing works, why your leads aren't reaching your list, what a Smart screen is. It answers in plain English, with links to the exact screen or help article you need.
Wizard builds your quiz. Quizard answers your questions. The Wizard is the step-by-step builder in the sidebar; Quizard is the chat assistant.
On phones, the bottom bar has Quizzes, Wizard, Templates, Leads and More. Open More for Learn, Emails, Analytics, Ads Suite, Integrations, Account, Domains, Billing, Help and Sign out. Emails and Domains appear when available on your account; Admin appears only for admins. The "Stuck? Ask here." prompt appears only on desktop.
What it knows
- Every help article, the plans table and the pricing FAQ.
- Which page you're on, your plan, and how much of your allowance you've used.
- Whether the quiz you're looking at is published, how many questions and outcomes it has, and whether phone capture, an email list, a custom domain or branding are set up.
It never sees your quiz wording, your leads, or anyone's email address.
What it can't do
Quizard only answers and points — it never changes anything for you. It won't publish a quiz, edit copy, buy a pack, change your plan or delete anything. You always make the change yourself.
Talk to a human
Tap Talk to a human at the top of the panel to open a message box straight away. You do not need to ask Quizard a question first. Tell us what is going on, then tap Send. Your message goes to support@quizfly.ai with this chat if there is one, your account email, plan, page and device details. A copy lands in your inbox. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. The QuizFly team replies within one working day.
When Quizard suggests Send this to the QuizFly team, that button opens the same message box with your last message filled in. You can change it before sending. Quizard never sends anything by itself. Sending a message to the team does not count against the question limits.
Thumbs up, thumbs down
Rating an answer takes a second and it's the fastest way to improve the help. Thumbs down asks what was wrong; anything you tell us goes straight onto the list of articles to fix.
Fair use
Quizard is free on every plan, including Free. There's a generous cap — 30 questions an hour and 150 a day — to keep costs sane. If you hit it, the panel says so and you can still email support.
Where the conversation lives
Your conversation stays available for 30 days so you can pick it back up, then it's deleted after 90 days. Start a fresh one any time with New at the top of the panel.
